In our house, we have a tradition to have a silly April Fool's dinner and my kids love it. This year was especially fun because we had Mom, Brenda, Aaron, Isaac, and Molly with us to enjoy the frivolity. Our dinner usually goes something like this: dessert is served first with a candle in it so that we can sing Happy April Fool's Day ( sung to the Happy Birthday Song Tune), then we are served our dinner and we have to eat it using unusual utensils and drinking cups, and lastly, we serve our beverage with a little bit of dye in it, just to shake things up. This year we had blue water inside of our square tupperwear containers. It is a fun tradition and my kids eat it up.

Mom, Isaac, James and Matt just getting started.

Mom and Isaac enjoying their dessert. Isaac has gotten so big and he looks exactly like his daddy.

Brenda and Aaron. It was so fun to see them and I am so glad that they could celebrate this silly day with us.

Matt and Carol blowing out their April Fool's dessert.

Anne and her cousin Molly looking darling.
